Goods return

1. Requirements for returning goods

(unless otherwise contractually agreed)

• The returned goods must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging.
• The delivery date must not be more than three months in the past.
• To cover the costs of returning the goods, we charge a processing fee of 20% of the net value of the goods, but at least 25 euros.
• Special designs and goods with order-related production (e.g. HVI Conductors, earthing and short-circuiting devices, etc.) cannot be taken back.

2. Notification / application for a return

Please notify us of your "goods return" before sending the goods back to DEHN SE. You can notify your dedicated contact person or contact the "Quality Management Returns" team directy by email to [email protected].

3. Please use the returns form to notify us of your returns

You have the option of conveniently downloading the return form, filling it out and sending it back to us by email as an attachment.

4. Assignment of a returns number

Once we have received and checked the completed form, you will receive an email with the corresponding returns number for your return. Your returns number (reference) can be used to identify your return at any time.

5. Labelling the return shipment

To ensure clear identification of your return, please label all packages clearly on the outside with the returns number you have received from us and always enclose an accompanying letter (e.g. copy of the completed returns form with the returns number).
